A small library is only small on a map. I know, because I work in one. I believe in libraries that stay close to their communities while remaining curious enough to experiment, brave enough to challenge the expected, and stubborn enough to make good ideas happen. I am honoured to be part of PL2030, a network of people who bring that same energy to libraries across Europe. Together, we give libraries of every size a voice, a place at the table, and the opportunity to shape what comes next.
