Elisa Caccia
Project & Communication Officer
Elisa is a psychologist who specialised in criminological and forensic psychology. Before joining PL2030 in April 2026, she worked with European organisations on justice reform and social inclusion, where she gained experience in EU project coordination, communication and content creation. What brought her to PL2030 is her interest in how public spaces and services can better support people who are most at risk of being excluded.

Ultimately, we aim to secure recognition and support for libraries at EU level.
