Zara Hublet
Communication & Project Officer
Zara holds an undergraduate degree in Political Sciences, and a master’s degree in European and International Governance from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
She has a background in project management in the shared mobility sector and on gender equality topics. Some of her areas of interest are sustainability, participatory processes and inclusiveness. Zara joined PL2030 in November 2025 as Communication & Project Officer.

Ultimately, we aim to secure recognition and support for libraries at EU level.

PL2030 brings the European library sector together, fostering collaboration, partnerships, and knowledge exchange through initiatives like the Lighthouse Libraries network. This EU-wide network of innovative libraries is at the core of our efforts to build a vibrant, dynamic and interconnected European library community.
