Tallinn Central Library

Public libraries rejoice with you when you experience success, support you when you are having a hard time, share and tell stories to accompany you throughout your life. We stand for freedom and democracy - with us you can be yourself, you can have opinions and dreams of your own.

Tallinn Central Library was founded in 1907 and today is with its branches the biggest public library in Estonia. Our library helps to make the city of Tallinn the best place to live and visit. We aim to be there, to be close, to help people live more meaningful and veristile life. And with our communities we make the city of Tallinn smarter, more creative and sustainable place to live and be. With our services we help, guide, educate and encourage. And most of all, reading and books rock!
